Spring Cleaning...

After months of nesting and resting, it's time for springing and cleaning! I finally started in with the cleaning yesterday and let me tell you, I am really out of shape from sitting and knitting all winter! Where do you start when there is so much to do?...just pick one spot and go from there. I want to move some furniture around and I'm sure Poppa is going to be thrilled about that. My favorite saying is "I clean house once every three years whether it needs it or not!

Cleaning always reminds of of many years ago when I owned a cleaning service. I had a little red VW Beetle named Henrietta and I would pile all of my cleaning supplies in the back seat. Most of the time the brooms and mop handles had to stick out of the window a tiny bit. My friend, Lady Sydney helped me and we sure had fun with that car.
