Mae Hoover of Tattered Cow Wings wanted to balance an egg on it's end on Easter Day as one of the things on her bucket list. She said she was not able to do it; so naturally I had to try it! Today is Tuesday, after Easter, and the egg came directly out of the fridge. The pics are a bit blurry but I had to work fast for fear it was going to fall over. :) It doesn't take much to keep me occupied!!

Way to go! What a neat thing to try. Let me tell ya, my oldest daughter read your blog and looked at these pictures. She tried and tried even with a fresh egg, she said it didnt work for her.

Wish I could tell you what the trick is on balancing an egg. This egg is not fresh; the carton says sell before Feb. 22 so it may be rotten! I tried it on the kitchen cabinet and it worked but I did not have my camera and was afraid to leave it standing for fear it would fall over and break. I took it to my computer desk and I could not get it to stand up because my desk is not a real smooth surface, but my mousepad is, so try it on a smooth mousepad?? Hope you can get it to work. *hugs from here* ~Edna~
Edna... I tryed so hard to make mine stand but could not do it. good for you girl!!!!!
